Quick Guide to Starting a Trash Removal Service for Apartments

Posted by on 10:04 pm in The Hustle | 0 comments

One day, a conversation between Saad (a friend and agency colleague of mine) started outlining a business plan. Turns out its pretty viable and easy if you’re working from home 24/7. Luxury apartments, like the one I’m in, cost $1000+ and are filled with yuppies with disposable income. The apartment I’m in is not affiliated with my post in any way, but the tenants can be offered convenience as a service in order for me to fully subsidize the operator’s entire monthly lease. Just unlike that Always Sunny episode,...

The fact that ZOHO CRM doesn’t let you queue daily email blasts is silly. You’re paying $30 per month, and you have to login daily to send 1000 emails to your email list. What are you REALLY paying for? It takes about 15 min to just login, select your leads, and send the email… ..and the weirdest part is you have to do it in sets of 100. This drains my time as a marketer. I could be off galavanting with clients, or writting better email copy. But instead, I’m repeating the same godforsaken data-entry esque work. I...

How to test your child’s entrepreneurship

Posted by on 7:26 pm in Personal Development | 0 comments

If you want you kid to be rich, heres a basic Litmus test you can test your child’s entrepreneurship while still being a great parent. Use this whenever you notice he likes doing commerce. Maybe he said he wants to be a CEO of a business, has ever sold something, or has hustled once before (mine was trading Pokemon cards for cash on the playground). Its really easy.  Give him 100 bucks to spend a week to come up with ideas and if he pitched you an idea you like you can give him another $100 after he presents it. Consider this as seed...

Ben Adkins Dental Marketing Funnel Masterclass Summary Notes

Posted by on 9:46 pm in Uncategorized | 0 comments

Within was six major parts. The best value is from within the mastermind facebook group.  I took Ben Adkins’s Dental Marketing Funnel Masterclass. Its a incredible way to approach things as a sales person for an agency. I went out with a colleague to drop 10x doughtnuts. Dentists are incredibly saturated with these sort of sales tactics, but hey, at least they enjoyed the doughnuts. Apply these for any small business, and you can get into their network. You give, and give, and give, before you are able to provide the good that you can...

How to Learn How to Sell Like the Wolf of Wallstreet in this Straight Line Persuasion Course Review

Heres my review for Straight Line Persuasion course review that Jordan Belfort does. I’m a huge fan of this course. Its worth a few thousand dollars, but its worth it. After taking it, you learn how to sell like the wolf of wall street through using tonality, but the kicker is this course acts as a sales ethics course too. Who would think that the Wolf would tell you to “stay ethical” before you sell a hundred thousand dollar course? Anyway, these are my notes for this 10-hour long course. I recommend this course, and...

I took Josh Earl’s web course review Email Copywriting Workshop. He knows exactly what hes doing, but emailing is a tough job especially if if its a cold email. However, this process really works. But heres a short guide to low-risk crypto trading. Analytical investing 20 Screens of graphs 2 main types: Day trading, within minutes usually swing trading sell a few days later...
